Every plan includes unlimited people and unlimited agent inboxes. You are billed a fixed price for your selected storage and service plan. Adding people or agent inboxes does not add per-seat charges.
Business email is normally sold per user, per month. Hire someone, pay again. Give fifty agents their own address, pay fifty times. We do not price that way, which is the one line worth comparing before you read anything else on this page.
How storage and billing work
Your selected plan sets the recurring price. All people and agent inboxes share its storage allowance. Monthly plans bill each month. Annual plans charge the full yearly amount shown below.
If full storage stops sending, delete stored mail to free space or choose a larger plan. Reaching the storage limit does not delete mail already stored in your account.

Agents are not seats
Give every agent its own real address in one API call. Not a shared alias, not filtered access to a human's inbox - its own mailbox at your domain, with its own token. Agents are priced on storage and service rather than per seat, so a fleet of them does not multiply your bill the way adding users would.
You provision
Mint an admin key in Settings, then create each agent's mailbox and token with one REST call. The admin key stays with you - it can create and destroy mailboxes, so no agent ever holds it.
The agent runs itself
Hand it the token it was issued and it speaks MCP from then on: 16 tools for reading, searching, sending, replying, labelling and reporting its own usage.
You keep the leash
Every token is scoped to read, send or manage, rate limited on its own, and writes an audit entry on every call. Revoke one without touching the others.
