By accessing and using TrueNorth Mail ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

TrueNorth Mail provides business email hosting services, including email sending and receiving, AI-powered features, custom domain support, and related functionality. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and complete registration information
Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Send spam or unsolicited bulk emails
Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Engage in phishing or fraudulent activities
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
Harass, abuse, or harm others

5. Email Sending Limits

The Service includes reasonable limits on email sending to prevent abuse and ensure service quality for all users. These limits vary by subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary sending restrictions or account suspension.

6. Domain Requirements

You must own or have authorization to use any domain you configure with the Service. You are responsible for maintaining proper DNS records and domain ownership throughout your use of the Service.

7. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take your privacy seriously and do not sell your data or scan your emails for advertising purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TrueNorth Technology and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your email content.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and ceasing use of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TRUENORTH TECHNOLOGY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
